Terms & Conditions

Who we are. These terms govern your use of EmployerCalculator.co.uk and any paid products bought through it. The seller and trader details (legal name, address, email) are on our Contact page. By using the site or buying a product you accept these terms.

Free tools are estimates, not advice. The calculators provide estimates based on stated assumptions and published rates. They are not legal, tax, payroll or financial advice, and eligibility for reliefs can depend on facts the tools do not capture. You remain responsible for payroll compliance and for taking professional advice where needed.

The Employer Cost-Saving Audit (paid product). The audit is a personalised digital report generated from the answers you provide, covering your estimated employer cost, which reliefs may apply, an implementation plan and an included hiring business-case report. The price is £7.99 (one-off). You may optionally add the New Starter Pack for £3.00 at checkout. The amount shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Immediate digital supply and your cancellation right. The report is digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you tick a box agreeing to receive it immediately and confirming you understand that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access to the report begins. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

Refunds & our guarantee. Your legal rights for digital content apply: if the report is faulty, not as described, or lacks the functionality we promised, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. On top of that, we offer a money-back guarantee — if your report does not identify a legitimate saving worth more than the price you paid, contact us and we'll refund you. We also consider reasonable goodwill refunds in other cases.

Licence and acceptable use. Your report is for your own business use. You may print and keep it. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it, or use the site to break the law. We may withdraw access for misuse.

Access to your report. After payment your report is available at a secure link shown on the confirmation page — save or print it for your records. We aim to keep report links available but recommend you download a copy. Customers who previously bought our earlier report products retain access to those via their existing links.

Liability. We provide the tools and report with reasonable care but do not guarantee any particular saving or outcome, and figures are estimates. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Nothing in these terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law. We may update these terms; the current version always appears here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
