You pay the deposit for your package to begin. We then write, design and build your website, and send you a working version on a private link to review. Once your included revisions are complete and you approve the site, the remaining balance is due before launch or transfer. So you always see the finished website working before you pay the balance.
If we do not provide the first version within the agreed timeframe for reasons within our control, you may request your deposit back.

Do I need to attend a call or meeting?
No. Everything is handled online and in writing. The online brief captures what a meeting would, and you review the working website and send changes online.
Do I have to write the website copy?
No. You give us the facts about your business through the brief and we write and structure the content for you. You are welcome to supply your own wording if you prefer, but it is not required.
When do I pay, and will I see the website first?
You pay a deposit to begin. We then build your website and send a working version on a private link. The remaining balance is due only after you have reviewed it, your included revisions are complete, and you approve it, before launch or transfer.
What does the 48-hour timeline mean?
For the one-page Launch Website, a first version is available in as little as 48 working hours once we have received a sufficiently complete brief and any required assets. It refers to the first version to review, not a guaranteed public launch.
What do I own after final payment?
You own the finished website. It is built for your business, published on your own domain, and yours to keep.
Is hosting included, and what happens afterwards?
Yes. Every new website package includes twelve months of hosting and an SSL certificate. After the first twelve months, continued hosting can be arranged, or you can move the website to your own host.
Can the website be moved elsewhere, and can I edit it myself?
Yes, you can move the finished website to another host. The standard packages are built as fast, lightweight sites, and changes are made by us on request. If you would like to edit the site yourself, mention it in the brief and we will confirm a suitable setup and any cost before starting.
Is ongoing support and business email included?
Edits and updates after launch can be quoted when you need them. Business email is not included, but we take care not to disrupt any email already set up on your domain.
What counts as a revision, and what would cost extra?
A revision round is one consolidated set of change requests to the working version. Additional revision rounds, extra pages, and advanced features are quoted separately and confirmed with you before any extra work begins.
Can you build a shop, booking system or custom tool?
More advanced features may be possible under the Advanced package. They are assessed and quoted per project, and only included where we can genuinely deliver them.
